About
With 24 years experience in Senior Management and Director roles and 12 years in ISO compliance, I developed a passion for the auditing world. In recent years, I have been conducting 3rd party certification audits across Fire & Security, manufacturing, retail, and various other industries.
Meeting with new clients, I noticed a substantial gap between companies aspiring to comply with standards and their understanding of how to meet these requirements effectively.
In November 2021, I established Acquire Management Systems, dedicated to assisting businesses in obtaining ISO certification. I identified a pressing need for clear guidance on simplifying the compliance process.
With extensive knowledge of ISO standards and guidelines, I offer consultancy services as an experienced Auditor. My expertise encompasses support and guidance for Quality Management (ISO 9001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), and Health & Safety Management (ISO 45001). Moreover, I assist companies in applying for SSIP certifications like Constructionline, CHAS, Safecontractor, and Ecovadis.

Hi, I'm Nicola Donnelly, Founder of Acquire Management Systems. I am passionate about helping companies move beyond ISO terminology and make the standard work effectively for their business. My journey in ISO began over 12 years ago, and I have since achieved Lead Auditor qualifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. I am excited to meet new clients and assist them in achieving certification. When I’m not working as a consultant, I am a mother of two and a wife. I love to travel, hike, explore all things archaeology, and spend quality time with friends and family.
