Auditing ProcessDuring the first part of your auditing process, your chosen certification body will conduct a Stage 1 audit to ensure that you have the structure of an ISO management system in place.
Stage 2 Audit is usually carried out within 4-6 weeks from the first initial audit which gives you time to update and implement any recommendations or non-conformities.Stage 2 is a more in-depth full system audit, including a customer site visit to assess any products you may have provided or installed. The results of this audit will lead to your certification. Your certification will be valid for three years, and during this time, you'll have annual surveillance audits to ensure compliance.
In year 3, you'll undergo a Triennial audit to confirm that a new certificate can be issued.
